| Want to turn your gently used kid-related items into CASH?? Consignment sales yield the Consignor much higher profits than garage sales, with much less work! Consignors set their own prices, typically 25-50% of the original retail price, and we'll handle all the details involved in organizing the sale so you don't have to! Consignors keep 70% of the selling price of each of their items sold. Elite Repeat earns a modest 30% commission, and deducts an $8 administration fee from the Consignor's check at the end of the sale to help cover some of the overhead costs. 1. Clean out your kids' closets, toy rooms, bookshelves, and pull together your baby

2. Clean, hang, and tag your items for sale. In order to keep our sale organized and
easy for everyone to shop, we have created detailed instructions on tagging your
instructions. Please adhere closely to the guidelines on the Preparing Items for
Sale. Please bring your clothing items sorted by GENDER and SIZE. Plan to
spend 30 minutes to an hour, though it may take less. We will have you sign a
Consignor Agreement, give you your Pre-Sale passes, and you'll be on your way!

Tuesday, March 13th. This is before the sale opens to the public, and will

4. Mark your calendar for item pick-up on March 17, from 4:00-5:30 p.m..
Know that any unsold items not picked up during this time will be donated to charity.
We are absolutely unable to make any exceptions to this rule. Unfortunately, we do
not have the ability to hold items for later pick-up, as we have to vacate Pleasant
Ridge Saturday night. If you are unable to pick up the items yourself, please arrange
to have a friend or family member do it for you!
